I have tried many diets in my life and I have lost a considerable amount of weight but I was not able to maintain it. Sass, for giving an RD some new ideas, and presenting information in a way that anyone can give it a try. In the Cinch Diet Core Program each meal consists of a balance of whole grains, protein, plant-based fats, fruits and vegetables. I am a big-time emotional and habitual eater. She was able to write analogies that really helped me to understand the scientific concepts.

Switch from eating packaged foods to real food, don’t go cunch than 3 or more than 5 hours between eating, and combine protein, complex card, plant-based fat, and produce in every meal.
