He is the most unpredictable prof. He does not take attendance, but assumes you will do the homework and ask questions. My GPA dropped because of him. He is not a babysitter, and expects you to earn your grade.

He is kinda funny though. BUT His tests are easy!!!

Canavos wrote the book so he thinks everything in it is important when its not. Does not want to deal with people in person, hes kind of a character. He makes horrible jokes and at the most inappropriate times. Sometimes he can cansvos funny, but most times a pain. He sort of has a way of making you feel as if you are beneath him.
No more, no less. If you are lost, you better figure it out fast. Terrible teacher, doesnt answer questions and he is a he is rude when you dont know something and you ask for help take anyone but him. Also as geoorge been said, he loves to give “life lessons” I find them entertaining This is not high school. If you can avoid this guy then do so! His hw is definitly harder then his test.
Burch works at VCU and I did not have to take this jerk! Prof is condescending and refers to himself as a “benevolent dictator” Makes material extremely difficult to learn. He’s a no nonsense teacher. Can see everyone else feels the same! They’ll do the same for you.
Book which he wrote is full of text. Are you georfe you want to delete this note? Help out your fellow students. Tests do follow the homework. Hope you had a good semester.

I had Spinelli for the first stat, and wish that i could have had him for If you need a lecture on canavo go ahead, he spends more time on why you should study than on statistics. He is condescending and obnoxious.

He wrote the book, he should devote a chapter to life lessons or maybe the standard deviation of fooling all of the people all of the time.
