Hilarious book, there are some really funny moments between Breanne and Cooper. Don’t try t A light quick fun read. Don’t make her cry at the drop of a hat and jump into some random guys arms every chance she gets. It had good reviews, it had an catching summary and the plot, which is a spin off of Clue, sounded perfect.
Breanne has sworn off men after her latest disaster. Burned-out vice cop Cooper Scott is in serious need of a vacation. AND that’s only the tip of jilll iceberg But when Cooper wakes up kissing the long, leggy Breanne, he wants to show her exactly what the honeymoon suite is intended for.
All in all, a cute read for anyone in the mood for something light and fun. This city girl me who has never gone camping would be scared out of my mind just like Breanne. His cop nature flipped on and it was a smooth switch, enhancing his protective nature to pleasant results.

I think I mostly finished just because I wanted to know how it ended, yes I have masochistic tendencies apparently, and because the hero was the only person I truly care for as well as for the journal entries at the beginning of each chapter. Also by Jill Shalvis.
This author’s newer stuff is much better. What a great story this is! The problem is, Breanne doesn’t believe in love any more, and all Cooper wants is something real.

I downloaded this book with such high hopes. A farce in two acts basically. There was a glow-in-the-dark vibrator that played prominently in that scene and some others. Well, he’s had worse initial meetings. Jill Shalvis has penned another winner, shavlis exciting mix of action-adventure, police procedural, wickedly funny whodunit, and steamy romance.
If it were me, I don’t think I would do the same. I finished reading it and I really enjoyed it. She arrives at her destination in the midst of the blizzard of the century to discover that there is a sexy man taking a shower in her room and claiming that it’s his room.
I just started reading this one and it’s making me laugh so bad that I am afraid I will be losing some sleep again. He was sexy, strong, and someone I’d want around in a scary situation. It had a snowy setting, a cast that reminded me of the Addams family, creepy shenanigans, a heroine jilted three times at the altar, a burned out cop desiring a serene vacati Seriously, if you are in the mood for a steamy and extremely funny who-done-it romance, pick up this book. A closeness between the main characters and the motley staff begins to develop as they investigate together, but with lots of trust issues.
Him all wet and soapy in the shower, giving Breanne quite an eyeful, and her wielding the only weapon she could find – a bright pink, glow in the dark vibrator.
